"Justice if served with silence, it is the derision of Justice"

It is believe to be 21^st century where science has its way to prove analytical reports on various projects, where once people thought earth to be flat science made their perceptions to see the earth and the surrounding planet in their true forms, but in all these happenings we never thought that some perception can make us go wrong, can let us decide something which is not true at all. If science has proved many of the mistaken theories of mankind as wrong and illusionary then it has done this in an explanatory way, everything we defined from the solar system to the galaxies all were in details when science came with the total studying of these natural structures, through investigation that is what makes one's perception to be in true form of perfection.

For centuries people were arrogant by their own judgment that what ever seems to be happening must be real, the people who thought earth to be flat, people who think all Muslims are terrorist, people who thought Black people have no honor, people who think Pakistan is an Islamic State and people who think Baloch to be part of this unethical state, From all these perceptions not even a single came under microscope to be analyzed only one was solved the others are self made illusions from different mindset of peoples.

It is these illusions that have caused them to be ignorant to redefine their perception because what they see is not in its perfect form, If all Muslims were terrorist then the population of Muslims around the world (In Billions) would have caused the doom of civilization, if Black people had no honor then white folks have no regard for humanity either, If Pakistan is an Islamic State then the genocide of 3 Million Bengalis wouldn't have occurred and another million of Bengali women wont have lost their honor to these savage beasts and last but not the least which was never given any chances to speak for their heart are the Baloch people taken forcefully under the claws of this immoral state, obsolete theory that Baloch are part of this State have caused the population of world to really believe this saying while if one ask the Baloch population that do they love to be called Pakistani, the answer will surely come in negative.

The false allegations that in today are believed to be written truths while the documents and reports are written by those personalities whom had no sense of history or the nature of the inhabitants. A Christian or Jew will always claim and malign the Muslims for the terrorist attacks and charge all the Muslim population to be guilty but if a Christian or Jew murder hundred of Muslims then what that Jew or Christian will be called "Messiah" (Hundred of Palestine Peoples are murdered by the State of Israel), if one Baloch signed an annexation document with Pakistan then that signed documents seals the faith of million other Baloch what if all these millions of Baloch have not accepted the merger and have revolted time by time (Which Baloch nation did from Prince Karim Khan to Brahamdagh Bugti) duly it was the duty of International powers to redo the case of Baloch nation by giving them a chance to speak for themselves but a black response came from these international powers, the boundaries that Pakistan claim as its own are forged by the watchmen of British servitude, the slave of British were given shares and bounties while the aggressors were thrown down.

The wrong perception created by the oppressors shows Baloch to be a patriot Pakistani by giving way to those Baloch who are less important in Baloch politics and nationalism, it has always been the case with the oppressor giving media coverage to those personalities who were never nationalist and never took the interest of nation has their own, same method is applied here in this occupied state of Balochistan. The nationalist are being killed and many are still languishing inside the torture cells while the so called leaders of Balochistan and so called nationalistic parties NP, BNP are making claims of zero atrocities committed.

The centuries old Baloch nation is being annihilated in a slow genocide way and the outside world have no queries over what Pakistan has planned for Baloch nation, from systematic abduction to dumping of bodies non have been shown in international level. Pakistani media proclaims itself to be free from any boundary while it still serves the army like all the other militant states, Pakistani media records "A Man marrying 2 Women at the same day" they can telecast "A sheep carrying four horns" but they never try to show the Pakistani people or the international media of what the Pakistani army is doing in Balochistan.

Pakistan print and electronic media is very much steady and aware of the regional dispute but it keeps its distance from the burning lava so that the wrath of Pakistani army won't touch them or their profitable marketing business. They can broadcast Punjabis getting attacked in Balochistan but they never publish that Baloch activists and missing persons are being killed by the Pakistani army, remembering one Baloch leader who once said that "If I am being killed then how can I insure their safety".

The Punjabis who gets killed are working for the intelligence agencies and yet Pakistani media transform them to be innocent and civilized while the local Baloch who has nothing to do with any thing is abducted, tortured for days (In some cases for years) & later family members find him dead and dumped then why the silence, why the lips are sealed and pens are halted, double standard media can never do justice so do the judiciary on which Chief Justice Iftikar Chaudhry keeps on repeating that "Justice will be served".

From Human rights organizations to International Media none has permission to cross into the boundaries created by the army and paramilitary forces of Pakistan and yet the International powers are dumbfounded over the case of Balochistan, Obama administrations pressured to solve the case of missing persons has led the Pakistani forces to increase their phase in killing the missing persons, contract killers like the "Death Squad" are being given task to eliminate the remaining missing persons one body at a time. "Kill and Dump" policy is such cold-blooded that it shows the behavior of the state with the Baloch population, for the Pakistani forces this game is not new they had played it with Bengali nation and now they are doing it with Baloch nation.

Pakistani forces for mere fun kidnap teenagers, chokes them with ropes, burns their bodies with cigarettes, bash their toes with hammers, breaks their inner bones, puncture their minds and lungs with injections & after they have their ways with the person they carry them to their execution place and squad fires them on that place. Many bodies carried letters in their pockets where the killers write the identity of the bodies or worse they write abusive words for Baloch nationalism.

Arms Bounded, Head Bent, Knees broken, eyes gouged, tongue sliced & carved with markings are the identifications of a severe torture and beatings of Baloch political activists, if these are not eye openers then what will cause them to react, do they want all Baloch nation to be Bounded, Bended, Broken, Gouged, Sliced & Carved so that they can see what is happening in Balochistan, the interesting part of the story is that knowing every detail and inscriptions of many Baloch abductees the organizations working for human betterment doesn't show any remorse to these victims instead they proclaim the victim to hush-up and work out their differences with the criminals.

In just recent days Dera Bugti, Sibi & Bolan were plunged in a grand operation and thousands of Bugti tribesmen were rounded up for interrogation and never returned their homes taken to unknown location (Military Cantonments), Sibi & Bolan operation led many Baloch locals to become homeless when Pakistani army bulldozed the whole town in retaliation of the attack from the Baloch freedom forces. Is justice being served? Question arises many times because justice in Pakistan is for sale whoever gives a higher bid, justice will be served according to his will, like in just recent days Chief Justice of Balochistan comfortably announced that missing Baloch persons are released and have returned to their homes while the family members of those missing persons claimed that their loved ones are still going through the worse kind of treatment and the justification which Chief justice of Balochistan provided is actually rubbing salt over the wounds of the family members.

International Powers have to correct their perception and do the thinking of what to do with Pakistan and its policies on Balochistan and Baloch nation, the program and developments which Pakistan keeps on repeating as Baloch perspective is different, Nawab Khair Bux Marri once put this as "Anti-Baloch Perspective" which is overall true, parliamentary baloch leaders have already shook their tails and sagged their tongues out but those who are opposing these projects are abducted, tortured & killed.

Forced projects and development can never develop the local Baloch nation because these developments have never been profitable for Baloch nation one fine example is the "Sui Gas Plant" built in the year 1958 it is going through many channels and reaching the deep regions of Punjab but Dera Bugti still suffers from gas supply, from 26 districts of Balochistan only 4 districts have fully stable gas supply while the rest uses the old method. Gwadar port projected as a grand employment opportunity lacks local people recruitment, from top engineers to labors all are employed from Islamabad because of the head quarter situated there.

If these are not Anti-Baloch perspective then what profit did the Rekodik or Saindek has given to Baloch nation, big chunk of profits are going to the foreign investors and companies, remaining chunk goes to the federal Government and in return dog bones are given to Balochistan Government.

Judicial Inquiries, Commissions & Packages all are dramas created by those who are in support of these extra judicial abductions and killings, the panel judges of the commission created for the recovery of missing persons registered 20 cases of Baloch missing while the census of missing persons is in thousand, if this is justice serving then it is better to protest and fight with the uncivilized institutions rather exclaiming for justice.

The reason Baloch nation is appealing to the international powers, human rights organizations and freedom loving people is because they are depressed that not only the Pakistani military forces but the democratic and civilian forces are also against them and both these institutions are working hand to hand to draw Baloch nation to their brink of extinction. While both these institutions stamp the Baloch movement for independence as foreign created but the truth is Baloch nation is the sole owner of this revolution and this movement is being run by Baloch nation, no foreign influence has created this movement, Baloch protested and fought for their independence when they were taken by force & occupied and they are still fighting for their autonomous state.

From top civilian officials to military generals all have the same reason of Baloch uprising that is its "Foreign Influenced" while concealing their brutality with Baloch nation, from abduction, harassment, killing, & military operations every possible torture has been implemented on Baloch nation. Pakistani government cries of Indian involvement, Israeli Involvement & American involvement in Balochistan but would never say that "We occupied Balochistan, We killed Millions of Baloch in the wake of five operations, We snatched their rights to live, We bombarded their towns & cities, We killed mothers, sisters & children of Baloch nation & We are now trying to annihilate Baloch nation", keeping silence over the extra judicial killings and marking the Freedom fighters has miscreants wont wash away the crimes Pakistan and its forces have done inside Balochistan.

Now its upto the International powers to halt Pakistan's barbarism and hear the requests of Baloch nation & do justice according to their perceptions and not from the false theories & reports summarized by Pakistan for their own purposes.

Facts and figures both are focal on the basis to get a conclusion of everything, one ignoring both and jump directly to the conclusion will likely be a victim of illusion facts and disfigured proofs. Balochistan or Baloch nation's fact are all clear cut and are spread across the table for a public view but unfortunately an opaque cover has been setup in front of it to fuddle the International powers by taking them in a impure realization into a created world of terror.

The most important and vital part of all this story and a very much needed fact is the case of those missing or enforced disappeared Baloch, the case shown by Voice For Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) and written facts by many writers (including the author) are all shunned as lack of evidence (Although it is lack of interest from the International powers), whereas the fake pictures and prosecutions of Pakistan were taken very seriously for example the ban on BLA in Britain, the arrest & harassment of Faiz Baluch and Hyarbiyar Marri, and most important the suspension of Interfaith International on the basis of false allegation put by Pakistani Intelligence agencies. If the evidence are avoided with dense reason then we must think out that whatever we compile up for the International powers it will always be the opaque cover in between stopping them from looking into Baloch perspective.

The response so far has been lack of interest from the International lobbies be it human rights organizations, or be it UN or EU, the reason that Baloch have no evidence against Pakistan is like Jumping to the Conclusion while the whole world knows what's happening in Balochistan today. The question what Baloch families ask is why the International powers are deaf and blind over the repeated pleas of Baloch nation then let us not assume this that the International powers are far from the facts and figures but as it is not so, they have their watchdogs and they have their evidence and the question remarkably reverses that what's stopping them then again it is the opaque cover which is in between Baloch and them.

Now let us reason ourselves what the opaque cover is that has so much importance then the Baloch case, the opaque cover is indeed the war on terror, interest of the international powers lay with Pakistan from which they have taken more and are ready to be dictated more from Pakistan, Although many analysts believe Pakistan to be playing a double standard game but what shocks them is the fact that America or other world powers are being so naïve to realize the truth, maybe they do know this has already Pakistan was accused of supporting the Pakistan Tribal Taliban (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan) and in the days of Musharaf regime a peace treaty was also signed by both parties on the account of minimizing Pakistani forces advancement in north of Pakistan.

The main reason this opaque cover is being stretched onto Baloch case is to hide the atrocities committed by Pakistan in the name of extremism, while the extremist are hidden in the army barracks and what Pakistani army seeks in the desert and ruins of Balochistan are nomads, The recent grand operation in Mashkay might also seize the sight of the International powers on Pakistan's brutality with Baloch nation but there will likely be any response regarding the killing of hundreds and enforced disappearance of Baloch population, the town of Mashkay is besieged and all the local people are barred to leave the town, the area food supply and other basic necessities have been halted and the locals are left on the mercy of Pakistani forces, who are very infamous for their ruthless and fascist behavior with Baloch nation.

Now in such throttle condition when baloch nation pleaded about the severe situation "what's happening in Mashkay town of Balochistan is barbaric and is the downgraded part of Human rights violation" then again we see zero attitude and zero response from these International lobbies, such two face and double standard policies from the UN side will surely discredit the claim of UN being "A Champion in Human & World's Services", the declaration of UN the "Charter of Democracy" and "Universal Declaration of Freedom" and "Human Rights Values" are all written policies but implementation over the General Body of UN is not being seen in nearby coming times.

The miniature response which UN showed in the case of Ghulam Mohammad Baloch lived awhile and the rest of the story was left to be rotten. The case is still pending of who are the murderers of Ghulam Mohammad Baloch and his friends, the facts are their, the witnesses are also alive but no response from UN just like the Pakistani judiciary where the sole representative Chief justice Iftikar Chaudhry marched the whole State by exclaiming to give justice to all those missing persons and to fight for the rights of civil society but shamefully he too himself forgot when he choose to settle the intriguing N.R.O case first then the most vital part of his long marches that is the recovery of missing persons.

UN being so much powerful cannot shake the illegitimate institutions of Pakistan to halt their genocidal operation against Baloch nation, the might and all state forces are being used against an oppressed nation and the champions of Human rights are watching the slow genocide like silent spectators. Maybe there is an opaque cover in between that they cannot rationalize it but still it is an ethnic cleansing going on and to give a dense reason of "Lack of evidence" will surely proof that UN, EU and all other International powers are incapable of doing their job the right way.

We might don't have it in us to criticize or condemn UN and all those International powers but still we would like to convey that being a silent spectator is equal to being the perpetrator himself, both are responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Baloch nation, UN and all those Powers are unlawful just like Pakistan, their no response and absurd reason are the one giving Pakistan the way it wants to go with Baloch nation and thus Pakistan is performing every bit of violations with its ally Iran on Baloch nation.

From the day of Occupation till date not even a single day went by in happiness for Baloch nation, every day is considered to be a mourning day and every night is spent in fear of being abducted or harassed along with family members, the locals are treated like cattles dragged out of their homes and beaten in streets, the women and children are not spared (While Pakistan claims to be an Islamic State), youth are abducted and taken forcefully to the secret jails of Pakistani intelligence agencies and the houses & belongings are burned down, If these condition are going on inside Balochistan then questions arises that

1. Do we still need to proof our innocence and Pakistan's vicious act?
2. Do we still be labeled as miscreants?
3. Do we have to proof that our fight is for our right and freedom? Or the Baloch are not counted human at all.

All these questions are there but like it is no one to answer them, no one to response to the hunger strike of family members of the missing persons, no one to judge the case of Baloch, Pakistan forces are doing their job so that they could take over the natural resources and the land of Balochistan but what profit does the International powers share that they wont work their lips for the gross human right violations, surely there are some interests which are hidden deep within their silence which we will never know but history will surely proof it.

The genocide continues despite Baloch Political Organizations countering it with their protest and hunger strike and the scenario will likely never change for Baloch nation as the master and champs of Human Rights Violations have taken refuge in the devil's camp and are silent spectators over the mass killing of humanity, and whenever Baloch nation and Organizations plea to these Champions they absurdly "Jump to the Conclusion" without judging the facts which are laid in front of them, thus being called "Blinded with vast interest"

"The End of the World will come, when truth becomes falsehood and falsehood becomes truth"

The obliteration of Balochi culture through the next generation started from the very beginning, the introduction of an alien language in the education facilities, the artificial boundaries in-between Balochistan & the last but not the least ethnic cleansing of Baloch nation through systematic ways.

All the moral values on which many declarations were derived were rubbish for the oppressor as long as it had its control over the vast land of Balochistan. The baloch were driven to the hilt as such that their demands for survival would be put to deep pitch that the ears or eyes of those concerning human values couldn't hear or see the crime against humanity happening just right inside Balochistan.

Rightfully it is not correct people do see such crimes happening, UN recognizes the situation as tense and even opted to solve the missing persons case after one of their colleague was abducted by Baloch Fighters which led UN to rethink their option of silence, but as their matter dissolved they forgot what they promised with the Baloch, maybe it is their way to deal with the situation of Balochistan as it concerns Pakistan mostly, who is the frontline ally of America in war on terror. (Regarding war on terror is it duly correct to have a relationship with the creator of terrorism)

To this day thousands of Baloch activists are missing and their family members are engaged in a hunger strike which they say will end with their death, such examples of protest cannot be seen anywhere else but only Balochistan where even today the family member of Zakir Majeed Baloch are actively running their hunger strike camp for the recovery of Zakir Majeed Baloch and thousand other Baloch activists.

For the families of the missing persons the debacle policies of Pakistan for Balochistan (as always) are white lies as the policies describe the recovery of the missing persons but to this day (leaving the whole person) not even a single piece of mystery about the missing person was brought in the light of why the person was taken? Who took the person? Where is he right now? Is he alive and if not then his body should be handed over to his loved ones and the butcher should be brought to justice?

But all these allegations always go unanswered as everybody knows why the person was taken? Because he was an active activists in the struggle for rights and freedom, he was a person involved chanting slogans for an Independent Balochistan, who took the person? The army and military intelligence of Pakistan so that they can brutally interrogate him and let him suffer for eternity in the dark dungeon which is specifically built for Baloch nationalists. Now the main question comes is (Are they Alive or Death?) Which even the commission put by Supreme Court asks the higher ups (Intelligence agencies) of the truth as to what happened to those who were illegally abducted for torture treatment by the secret agencies of the state.

The answer is clear and simple the total census of the missing person is over 8000 and from these many were killed and their bodies were dumped in different regions of Balochistan, some of these missing persons include women and children while the rest are still unidentified. The ratio of these missing persons is at high and most of them are in the death row as the chairman of Voice for missing person (VBMP) puts it "Missing persons are being killed and the list of deaths has been increasing every day, there is a growing concern over to the lives of other missing people, We have received six dead bodies of missing persons within a short span of two weeks and the issue of missing persons is getting a new dimension and they are being killed".

It really felt strange as on one side the interior minister Mr. Rehman Malik talks of proof that the missing persons are not missing but are working in different gulf countries while on the other side everyday three to four bodies of the missing persons are found brutally tortured and shot at point blank,even prior to his visit the body of Zaman Khan Marri was found brutally torture marks were designed, for the Interior minister the missing persons case doesn't matter neither the Supreme court is keen to solve the case and bring justice to the depressed families what really comes close to the story is what drives the Baloch nationalism that a common baloch is not afraid to shout for rights anymore.

The interior minister in his recent visit lividly criticized the Baloch nationalist and gave a clear cut threat of extermination, now one will pity for Pakistan that a country struggling to achieve democracy as this kind of leadership whom are intolerance. First of all, the policy which Pakistan prescribed for Balochistan were all debacle, the first and foremost the allegation of Indian involvement in the Baloch insurgency (While I consider it as a nation's war), the second the three Sardars theory (derived by none other then the infamous Parvez Musharraf) against development, BSO and BLA are the root cause of destabilization in Balochistan, & the last that Balochistan belongs to all Pakistan.

While the reality is much different, for the leadership of PPPP one thing is certain they have taken baloch nationalism to the extent that in every policy now and after, the PPPP leadership wants to put the term "Baloch" as the first priority, because the reason is to get the remote control of Baloch nationalism so that they can switch off and stop the burning nationalist sentiments inside baloch nation but unfortunately none of the policies created and drafted after Aghaz-e-Huqooq Balochistan have given positive reviews to the Pakistani establishment although the diehard Pakistani Baloch's (Raisani & brothers, NP) stands firm with the Pakistani establishment as they have taken oath to serve Pakistani in its needy time.

The Aghaz-e-Huqooq Balochistan lived awhile but it surely brought many faces in the mainstream, many political leaders of Balochistan claimed the package as too little to late but what did came out was the ugly truth when 18th amendment bill and NFC award was signed and confirmed by these political leaders of Balochistan, one can assume as why the reaction was different, why Aghaz was rejected and Anjam was chosen as a good approach.

Maybe the commencing policy was not good but Pakistani leadership as many years left to derive more policies for Balochistan and especially for baloch nation but one thing is to be noted that the policy won't even put a meager of change in Baloch nationalism, the demands are clear

Until these demands are not met nothing is going to stop Baloch nationalism that is certain not even the words of Mr Rehman Malik of what he said that "We will give every thing to Baloch nation accept independence; Don't ask for independence".

"Only in return for death, destruction and grief as gifts can we see the paradise of independence."

It is 26-Aug-2010, four years after the tragic incident in which Baloch resistance leader and tribal personality of the Occupied Eastern Balochistan was murdered brutally by the neo-colonial forces. Some may criticize or may praise the last moments he lived but for Baloch nation his death was the glorious one and it was such kind of death which could only be achieved if a person walks on the path of truth.

The resistance leader notably known as Nawab Akbar Shahbaz Khan Bugti and for Baloch nation known as Dada-e-Balochistan was killed in a fierce battle in the hills of Tratani, the engaging covert attacks of chemical weapons by the Pakistani army to wipe out Nawab Bugti and Balach Marri once and for all was the only solution the delusional presidency of Parvez Musharaf saw, the buggered cavern where the fight broke out lasted for 6 days between Pakistani army and Baloch freedom fighters resulted in the martyrdom of Nawab Bugti.

Briefing the profile of Nawab Bugti may or may not be my intentions but describing the achievements laid after Nawab Bugti's death to this movement will put forward some views which will definitely distinguish the Pakistani army created fictional thoughts that they may have eliminated and crushed the resistance by overthrowing the resistance leaders like Nawab Bugti and Balach Marri and now are formulating a plan to bring down Brahamdagh Bugti.

Leaders have nothing to do with a revolution, it is the thoughts and ideologies that lives on and it is such that the half dead resistance of Baloch nation have some how gained momentum, From Agha Prince Karim Khan to Brahamdagh Bugti it is very much clear to Baloch nation that it has an infinite stock of leadership stored for its future betterment. Nawab Bugti with his mentor Balach Marri & with the unintentional support of the enemy have gained the gazes of the masses with which they have succeeded of what was impossible to achieve in the 70's.

Indeed this is not the 70's, what Musharaf quoted may have been an accidental threat but it somehow came to be a clear sign that Baloch have understood well that the time and the phase of movement has changed, It was this change which Nawab Bugti talked about, The change of leadership, the change of ideas, the change of minds, with this struggle going onward and on shoulder of the youths it is impossible for the colonial forces to say that "Balochistan will never get its sovereignty".

The time had surfaced where the redeemer of the movement have pledge to keep the struggle alive and foremost keep the sound of Independent Balochistan alive. The enemy may have now understood that the plan of assassinating Nawab Bugti and Balach Marri had backfired, the movement didn't halted after it had lost the two precious gems of the struggle although it may have slowed down but the resistance still lives on after four years of  Nawab bugti's martyrdom.   

I still remember that day when the news of Nawab Bugti's death was covered in media, it was this day I saw the Baloch of Karachi rise up for something they never knew of, the sound of "Balochistan Zindagbat" were heard in all parts of Lyari and youths gathered around to chant slogans against Pakistan, it was this day I saw the change of minds in Baloch population of Karachi, the Baloch leaders of Karachi resurfaced to push the national sentiments in the heart and minds of the youths and seed the fruits of revolution in the Baloch society of Karachi.

After four years if one wants to visit the locals of Karachi then without doubt the first sign they will see is the picture of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti or Nawabzada Balach Marri, it is not only the pictures of these martyred leaders one would acknowledge but the social changes occurred there can also be felt when one sits among the youths gathering. It is not only Karachi where one can feel the changes but throughout Balochistan the name of Balach Marri and Nawab Bugti can be heard, if this isn't the start of a new era of change then it is definitely the era of a new dimension in which Baloch nation have set their foots.

All this was not seen in the 70's because in the 70's the resistance was ambushed by some so-called nationalist thugs whom had worked hand to hand with the neo-colonial powers but this time the leadership has changed, Nawab Bugti along with Brahamdagh & Balach brought the impossible change in the Baloch society, from the shepherd to an educated Baloch all have devoted themselves to follow the path left behind by Nawab Bugti.

Nawab Bugti may have died and had been separated but the thoughts and ideas he left behind are still the first and the foremost agenda on which Baloch national parties are working on and it is indeed a need in today's time, the agenda of a single party and unity among the Baloch masses will surely proof a nail in the coffin of the colonial governance of Pakistan.
